Navigate to SIP Trunks on the sidebar. Click Add SIP Trunk Enter Flowroute for the name Name = Flowroute Registrar/Hostname/IP = sip.flowroute.com port = 5060
Type of Authentication = Register/Account based
Authentication and password will be copied from Flowroute registration.
3CX requires a main number and extension
Main Trunk No = 15017348668 (Maumelle's) Destination for calls outside office hours = Maumelle Queue (Technically this should be the Maumelle extension but this appears to function atm. You can check the status of the Trunks from the Main dashboard page.
Under the DIDs tab add each store's number that has been ported over to Flowroute.
Creating an Extension
Click Extensions in the sidebar to open the extensions list. Click Add to create a new one. Name it properly and you can assign an email address for provisioning. At the bottom of the page, select Add a DID to select the proper number for the location.
Navigate to the Forwarding Rules Tab in the extension. Set if in this status, forward calls as follows: Available Externals calls: set to forward to the current extension after timeout. This creates a loop to the extension Same for if the phone is busy or unregistered. At the bottom you can set the office hours for the extension. The PBX system has a its own global time settings that can be adjusted separately.
Setting the ATA/ Grandstream HT802
Navigate to Advanced > FXS/DECT on the sidebar
Enter a descriptive name for the device Provisionging Method = Local LAN (in the office) Enter the device's MAC address Keep interface as davidsburgers.3cx.us
Select the Extensions tab and select the proper extension after it's been set up.
Grandstream HT802 Configuration
Download the HT802's newest firmware from this address, http://www.grandstream.com/support/firmware
Navigate to the IP address of the GS HT802/ATA Select Advanced Settings At the bottom select Upload Firmware: Upload from local directory. On the next screen Choose the firmware file and then select Upload Firmware. You may need to reboot the device after.
Transfer config to HT802
In the PBX navigate back to the FXS/DECT list and open the ATA that is being edited. Right-click the provisioning link and click Save As... to save the configuration file. Back in Advanced settings for the HT802, at the bottom click on Upload Configuration: Upload from local directory. Choose the configuration file and upload it. You may need to reboot the device afterward.
On Flowroute the public ip of your location and the port to direct it to for your device must be created and set. Interconnection > Inbound Routes to create individual routes without attaching them to a DID. DIDS shows the list of numbers that are under your SIP trunk. Select the desired DID, choose the set route action, click Apply Action Set the route.
On the Unifi USG, set a port forwarding rule for the device's IP, match the port that is set on Flowroute. The port must also be the same for the Local SIP Port setting on the HT802 in the FXS Port1 tab.
