A Guide to Employee Termination

Step one:

After logged into Aloha Manager click:
Maintenance > Labor > Employee

Step two:

Next click:
Drop Down Arrows > Select Employee

Step Three:

Click the Zap Tab and Select the “Terminated” check box

Step Four:

Select Drop Down Arrow and Choose Reason Code, and Save Changes

  • Note“Terminated” if Fired, otherwise choose “Inactive”
